The requests we most often decline, and why.
"MY SITE IS SLOW"
The address does not affect performance. Caching, images and plugins do.
"MY SSL WILL NOT WORK"
AutoSSL works on shared IPs. If it is failing, the cause is DNS, a Cloudflare setting or a redirect intercepting validation. A dedicated IP changes none of those.
"MY EMAILS GO TO SPAM"
Usually SPF, DKIM and DMARC, sending through PHP mail rather than authenticated SMTP, or a From address on someone else's domain. Fix those first. A new unwarmed dedicated IP can make deliverability worse before it makes it better.
"I WANT BETTER RANKINGS"
No effect.
"I WANT MY OWN SERVER"
A dedicated IP is an address, not a server. If you need isolation, that is a VPS.
"MY IP IS BLACKLISTED"
Check whether it is the shared server IP, which we handle, or your own sending behaviour. Moving to a fresh address without fixing the cause simply blacklists the new one.
