A dedicated IP does not make a website faster.
WHY NOT
The address is how traffic is routed to the server. It says nothing about how quickly the server processes a request or how much bandwidth is available.
Your site shares the server's CPU, memory, disk and network capacity with other accounts whether or not the IP address is shared. Changing the address changes none of that.

Third-party scripts: chat widgets, trackers, embedded video
Hitting your plan's CPU allowance
IF YOUR SITE IS SLOW
Run it through GTmetrix and look at the waterfall. Work through the causes above. If it remains slow, open a ticket with the report and we will check the account server-side. A dedicated IP will not appear anywhere in that diagnosis.
