That a dedicated IP improves search rankings, or that sharing an IP with other sites harms them.
THE REALITY
Search engines do not rank sites higher for having a dedicated address. The overwhelming majority of the web is served from shared addresses, including a great many high-ranking sites.
THE KERNEL OF TRUTH
If an IP address were used almost exclusively for spam or malicious sites, that could conceivably be a negative signal. On a reputable hosting server with ordinary business websites, this does not arise.
If you are concerned about what else is on your server, that is a question about your host rather than about IP addresses.
