What genuinely differs, and what does not.

SHARED IP

Included with your plan at no cost Fully supports SSL through AutoSSL Identical performance Mail reputation shared with other accounts on the address The address may change if your account is migrated

DEDICATED IP

Costs extra, because IPv4 addresses are scarce Identical SSL support, with no advantage Identical performance Mail reputation entirely your own, for better or worse A fixed address you can give to third parties for whitelisting Still changes if your account is migrated to a different server

WHERE THE REAL DIFFERENCE LIES

Mail reputation and third-party whitelisting. Those are the two situations where a dedicated IP genuinely changes something.

WHERE THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE

Speed, SSL, SEO, security, resource allocation, uptime.

THE HONEST RECOMMENDATION

Use the shared IP unless you have a specific requirement that names an unshared address. If you cannot articulate what the dedicated IP would solve, you do not need one.
