Mail reputation and third-party whitelisting. Those are the two situations where a dedicated IP genuinely changes something.
WHERE THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE
Speed, SSL, SEO, security, resource allocation, uptime.
THE HONEST RECOMMENDATION
Use the shared IP unless you have a specific requirement that names an unshared address. If you cannot articulate what the dedicated IP would solve, you do not need one.
