Participation is voluntary and you can stop at any time.

Simply stop promoting. There is no formal exit required, and no penalty.
If you want your affiliate participation deactivated, open a ticket and ask.
YOUR BALANCE
Cleared commission remains yours, subject to the payout threshold and the terms. Request a payout before stopping if your balance is above the minimum.
Commission still pending may or may not clear depending on whether the underlying orders stand. Check the terms for the position on balances after participation ends.
YOUR CONTENT
Remove or update affiliate links you no longer wish to carry. Leaving live links in old content means referrals continue to be attributed, which is fine if you want them and misleading if you have moved to recommending someone else.
IF YOU ARE LEAVING BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM
Tell us in the ticket. If something about the programme did not work, or a decision seemed wrong, we would rather hear it than not.
COMING BACK
Participation can normally be reactivated later. Open a ticket.
