One person or business should hold one affiliate account.

WHY

Multiple accounts are usually an attempt to circumvent the self-referral exclusion, or to claim commission on orders that would otherwise be ineligible. Both breach the terms.

Even where the intent is innocent, split accounts fragment your balance below the payout threshold and make everything harder to track.

IF YOU OPERATE SEVERAL WEBSITES

Use one affiliate account and one link across all of them. Distinguish sources with your own tracking parameters or your own analytics if you need to know which site produces what.

IF YOU WORK WITH PARTNERS

Each person can hold their own account for their own audience. What is not acceptable is creating accounts in other people's names to route your own referrals.

CONSEQUENCES OF BREACHING THIS

Forfeiture of balances across the accounts involved and removal from the programme.

IF YOU HAVE ENDED UP WITH TWO ACCOUNTS BY ACCIDENT

Open a ticket and ask for them to be consolidated. Raising it yourself is straightforward; having it discovered later is not.
