These breach the programme terms and can result in forfeited commission and removal.

PROHIBITED

Self-referral, including ordering through your own link or through a family member's browser Bidding on our brand name in paid search, where the terms prohibit it

Spamming: unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, forum spam, unsolicited messaging

Cookie stuffing, where cookies are set without a deliberate click Misrepresenting what the service includes, its pricing, or its performance Impersonating us, or implying you are an official representative Using our name in a domain name you register Creating fake or misleading comparison content designed to deceive Incentivising signups in a way the terms do not permit Targeting audiences the terms exclude

CONSEQUENCES

Forfeiture of pending commission, reversal of paid commission where recoverable, and removal from the programme.

WHY THESE RULES EXIST

Spam and misrepresentation cost us customers and reputation, which is the opposite of what the programme is for. An affiliate who misleads people produces refunds, complaints and support burden.

IF YOU ARE UNSURE

Ask in a ticket before doing it. A short question beforehand is better than losing a balance afterwards.
