Some genuine referrals produce no commission, for reasons that are technical rather than disputed.
THE USUAL CAUSES
The visitor cleared cookies between clicking and ordering They clicked on one device and ordered on another They used private browsing, which discards cookies at the end of the session A browser setting or extension blocked the cookie They clicked a different affiliate's link afterwards The cookie period expired before they ordered They typed our address directly rather than clicking your link They already held an account, so the order was not a new customer
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Test your own link periodically in a private browsing window to confirm it works and is not truncated. Encourage the click and the order in the same session where possible, for example by linking at the point in a tutorial where hosting is needed.
WHAT WE CANNOT DO
Have a referral attributed retrospectively on the basis that someone told you they used your link. Without the tracking record there is nothing to verify, and we cannot discuss another customer's order with you.
THE REALISTIC VIEW
Some leakage is inherent to affiliate tracking everywhere. Judge results in aggregate.
