Client Area > Affiliates. Where the balance is above the minimum threshold, a withdrawal request option is available. Submit the request and we process it according to the terms.
THE MINIMUM THRESHOLD
Set out in the programme terms. It exists because processing very small payouts costs more than the payout itself.
Commission below the threshold remains in your account and accumulates.
PAYOUT METHODS
As specified in the terms. Commonly account credit applied against your own invoices, or another method where offered.
Account credit is the simplest and is applied automatically to your next invoice. If you host with us, this effectively reduces or eliminates your own hosting cost.
TIMING
Payouts are processed on the schedule in the terms, not instantly on request.
BEFORE REQUESTING
Check your Client Area contact and payment details are current, since a payout to an out-of-date destination creates avoidable delay.
IF A PAYOUT HAS NOT ARRIVED
Open a ticket with the request date and amount.
