THE PROCESS WITH US
The current holder opens a ticket from the registered email requesting transfer, naming the incoming owner. We verify both parties, which for a reseller account may include identification. Then we make the change.
WHAT TO PREPARE
Complete records: which client holds which account, package, renewal date, price, domain and expiry
Documentation of any non-standard configuration Your standard terms and onboarding documents Outstanding invoices and their status
YOUR CLIENTS
Tell them before the change, not after. They chose you, and discovering a new supplier by accident destroys goodwill that the buyer is paying for.
DOMAINS REGISTERED IN YOUR NAME
Transfer registrant details to the clients or to the new owner deliberately. Leaving domains in a departed person's name creates disputes years later that nobody can resolve.
