Your clients contact you, not us. Deciding in advance what you cover keeps that manageable.
WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO HANDLE
Email setup on phones and computers Password resets Questions about disk usage and quotas Domain and DNS questions
WordPress problems: white screens, plugin conflicts, login trouble
"My site is slow" "My email is going to spam"
WHEN TO ESCALATE TO US
Genuine server-level problems: the server unreachable, cPanel down, mail queue stuck, network issues
Anything affecting every account at once Resource limits you cannot explain from account-level activity Anything requiring root access
HOW TO ESCALATE
Open a ticket from your Client Area, naming the affected account username and domain, describing what you have already checked, and quoting exact errors and times. A ticket that shows the diagnostic work already done gets a technical answer rather than a list of questions.
SETTING EXPECTATIONS WITH CLIENTS
Publish your support hours and response times, and what is included. "Hosting support" and "fixing your WordPress site" are different products, and the difference is worth stating before someone assumes otherwise.
