Once you pass a dozen accounts, finding the right one quickly matters.
THE MAIN TOOL
WHM > Account Information > List Accounts. It shows every account with its domain, username, owner, package, disk usage and status.
SEARCHING
The search box at the top filters by domain, username, contact email or IP. When a client emails "my site is down" without naming the site, searching by their email address usually finds it.
WHAT THE COLUMNS TELL YOU
Disk usage against quota, so you can spot accounts approaching their limit before they complain Package, so you can see who is on what Suspension status, shown clearly
QUICK ACTIONS
Each row offers icons to log in to that cPanel, modify the account, change the password, or suspend it. Most routine work starts here.
OTHER USEFUL VIEWS
WHM > Account Information > Show Accounts Over Quota lists accounts at their limit. Check this weekly; an account over quota has stopped receiving email, and the client may not have noticed yet.
WHM > List Suspended Accounts confirms what is currently offline, which is worth checking after a billing run.
