WooCommerce, Status, Scheduled Actions.
Look for actions stuck as pending with a past date.
A growing queue of overdue actions means cron is not running.
WHAT SCHEDULE
Every five minutes for an active shop.
Every fifteen is acceptable for a quieter one.
IF THE QUEUE IS LARGE
After fixing cron, it may take time to clear.
A very large backlog may need clearing deliberately. Ask if unsure.
WHAT TO MONITOR
The scheduled actions screen, periodically.
A backlog appearing is an early warning.
