For most purposes that is sufficient and avoids mistakes.

WHAT TO BE CAREFUL WITH

That second one causes overlapping runs, which can corrupt data or exhaust resources.

CHOOSING A TIME

Heavy jobs outside your busy period.

If your traffic is local, that means overnight local time.

STAGGERING JOBS

If you have several, do not schedule them all on the hour.

Offset them so they do not run simultaneously.

WHAT TIMEZONE

The server's. Confirm it before scheduling anything time-sensitive.
