Your prices are entirely yours to set. These are the things worth working out first.
KNOW YOUR COST
Divide what you pay us by the number of accounts you can realistically support within the allocation. That is your floor, per account, before any of your own time.
DO NOT COMPETE ON PRICE ALONE
There will always be someone cheaper, frequently someone overselling heavily and unable to sustain it. Competing there wins customers who leave for the next cheap offer and generate the most support work.
WHAT TO SELL INSTEAD
Responsiveness. A client who can reach a person who knows their site is worth paying for. Local presence and local payment methods. Bundling with design and maintenance, where hosting is part of a relationship rather than a commodity. Doing the technical work they do not want to do.
PRACTICAL POINTS
Bill annually where you can. It reduces admin and churn. Bill in advance, never in arrears. Leave margin for support time, which is the real cost. Have a written policy for what is included and what is extra, before the first awkward request rather than after. Review prices yearly, particularly as your own costs move.
