CONNECTING IT TO WHM
The billing system needs your WHM hostname, your reseller username and an API token generated in WHM under Development > Manage API Tokens. Use an API token rather than your password.
Create products in the billing system matching the packages you defined in WHM, so an order provisions the right account.
WHAT TO CONFIGURE CAREFULLY
Automatic suspension timing. Too aggressive and you annoy good clients; too lax and you carry unpaid accounts. Overselling. Decide deliberately whether you sell more capacity than you hold, and be honest with yourself about the risk. Backups of the billing system itself. It holds your client records and your revenue history.
START SIMPLE
Manual creation and invoices are fine for the first few clients. Add automation when the admin becomes the bottleneck, not before.
