Direct clients to your own email address or ticket system. If they contact us directly we will refer them back to you, because they are your customer and we have no relationship with them.

If you are selling hosting rather than bundling it with design work, you need a page describing your plans, prices and terms, and a way to order.
WHAT YOU CANNOT REBRAND
The underlying server hostname and reverse DNS remain ours. A technically curious client can determine where the hosting actually sits. This is normal across the industry and rarely matters commercially.
