THE NAMESERVERS MATTER
We operate more than one nameserver pair, and the correct pair depends on which server your reseller account sits on. It will be either ns3 and ns4.zillionkinghost.com or ns10 and ns11.zillionkinghost.com.
For resellers this matters twice over: once for your own domain, and again for every client account you create, since the accounts inherit the default. If you set up private nameservers of your own, they must resolve to the correct server IP.
Do not copy nameservers from documentation, a forum, or another provider. Use the pair in your welcome email, or check Services > My Services in the Client Area.
IF YOU CANNOT FIND IT
Client Area > Services > My Services > click the reseller package. Most of the same detail appears there. Ask us to resend it if needed.
Change the password once you have logged in successfully, and enable two-factor authentication.
