WHERE TO LOOK
Client Area > Affiliates shows your referral link, visitors, signups, pending and available commission, and payout history.
HOW COMMISSION IS EARNED
A visitor arrives through your referral link, a cookie records the referral, and if they order within the cookie period the commission is credited to your account.
Commission is typically held as pending for a period, allowing for cancellations and refunds, before becoming available for withdrawal.
REQUESTING A PAYOUT
Once the available balance reaches the minimum threshold, request a withdrawal from the Affiliates page. Payouts may be issued as account credit or by another method depending on the programme terms.
WHAT IS NOT COMMISSIONABLE
Your own orders Orders that were refunded or cancelled Referrals arriving without the tracking cookie, for example where the visitor cleared cookies or used a different device Renewals, unless the programme terms specifically include them
DOING IT WELL
Write genuinely useful content and link naturally. Spamming links produces few conversions and may breach the programme terms. Disclose the relationship to your audience; it is both fairer and more effective.
