Prices and terms occasionally change. Here is how that is handled.
WHY PRICES CHANGE
Registry price increases for domain extensions Exchange rate movements, since much of the upstream cost is priced in US dollars Changes in the cost of hardware, bandwidth, licensing or third-party services Changes in what a plan includes
NOTICE
Changes affecting existing services are notified in advance through the Client Area and by email, so you have time to decide. The new price applies from your next renewal, not retrospectively.
CHECKING WHAT YOU WILL PAY
Services > My Services shows the recurring amount for each service. That figure is what will be invoiced at renewal.
IF A NEW PRICE DOES NOT SUIT YOU
Decide before the renewal date. Downgrade to a plan that fits, move to a longer billing cycle if that reduces the rate, or cancel cleanly having taken your backups. What is worst is inaction, which produces a suspension you did not intend.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Material changes to the terms of service are notified. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance, which is why the notices are worth reading rather than deleting.
