HOW TO CLAIM
Open a ticket within the period, quoting the invoice number and the reason. We will review it against the terms and reply with a decision and the reasoning.
WHY DOMAINS ARE ALWAYS EXCLUDED
When you register a domain, we pay the registry immediately and the registration is made in your name. That money is not recoverable by us, whatever happens afterwards. If you might change your mind about a domain, order it separately and think first.
If you believe a decision is wrong, say so and we will review it.
