TERMINATION
Either party may end the arrangement as described in the terms. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment or for breach of the acceptable use policy, with immediate effect for the most serious categories.
LIMITATIONS
Liability is limited as set out in the terms. This is why your own backups matter.
