Client Area > Services > My Services > click the service > Addons, or open a ticket asking for what you need. The available options and prices are shown there.
HOW THEY ARE BILLED
An add-on usually adopts the billing cycle of its parent service, and the first charge is prorated to align the dates. After that it appears as a line on the same invoice.
CANCELLING AN ADD-ON
Request cancellation from the same screen or through a ticket. As with services, end-of-period is usually the right choice.
BEFORE ORDERING
Check whether you actually need it. A dedicated IP, for instance, is rarely required for SSL now, since AutoSSL works on shared IPs. Additional disk space may be unnecessary if the real problem is old backups sitting on the server.
