APPLYING ONE
Enter the code in the promotional code field during checkout, before payment. The discount is shown on the order summary. If it does not appear, the code has not applied and payment will be at full price.
WHY A CODE MAY NOT WORK
It has expired It applies only to specific products or billing cycles It applies only to new orders, not renewals It applies only to first-time customers It has a minimum order value It has reached its usage limit The code was mistyped, including trailing spaces from copying
AFTER ORDERING
Codes cannot normally be applied retrospectively to an order already placed. If you forgot one, open a ticket promptly and we will tell you whether anything is possible; sooner is considerably better than later.
RENEWALS
Most discounts apply to the initial term only. Check Services > My Services for the recurring amount that will actually be invoiced.

Open a ticket with the code, the product and a screenshot. If it is our error we will honour it.
