Everything follows from the audience.
DID YOU SPECIFY LENGTH AND FORMAT?
Without it you get defaults.
DID YOU ASK FOR ONE THING?
Combined requests produce mediocre output on all of them.
DID YOU GIVE AN EXAMPLE?
One example beats several paragraphs of description.
DID YOU SUPPLY YOUR OWN MATERIAL?
If not, the output will be generic.
DID YOU ITERATE?
The first output is a draft.
DID YOU ASK FOR CRITICISM EXPLICITLY?
It agrees otherwise.
IS THE CONVERSATION TOO LONG?
Start fresh.
IF ALL OF THOSE ARE ADDRESSED
The task may not suit AI. That is a legitimate finding.
