Several hosting packages, domains and add-ons can sit under one Client Area login.

SEEING WHAT YOU HAVE

Services > My Services lists hosting and other recurring services with their status, recurring amount and next due date. Domains > My Domains lists domains with their expiry dates and status. These are tracked separately from hosting. Billing > My Invoices shows everything billed.

KEEPING TRACK

Give each service a clear label where the interface allows it, so packages are distinguishable at a glance. Note which domain sits on which hosting package, particularly if you host client sites. Watch the dates. Services bought at different times renew at different times.

CONSOLIDATING RENEWAL DATES

If managing several dates is a nuisance, open a ticket and ask whether they can be aligned. This usually involves a short prorated adjustment to bring one service onto the same date as another.

SEPARATING CLIENT SITES

If you host sites for clients, consider reseller hosting rather than stacking everything into one shared account. It gives each client their own cPanel account, and a problem or suspension affecting one does not take down all the others.
