Our full refund terms are on our website. This explains how they generally work.

WHAT IS USUALLY REFUNDABLE

New shared hosting orders within the money-back period stated in our terms, where one applies to the product you bought.

WHAT IS USUALLY NOT REFUNDABLE

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers. Once a domain is registered the registry fee is spent and cannot be recovered, regardless of how soon you change your mind. This is an industry-wide constraint, not a policy choice. SSL certificates and other third-party products once issued. Administrative and setup fees. Renewals of services you continued to use. Accounts terminated for breach of the acceptable use policy. Partial periods following a mid-term cancellation.

HOW TO REQUEST ONE

Open a ticket stating the invoice number, the service, and the reason. We will review it against our terms and reply with a decision and the reasoning.

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

Normally to the original payment method. Card refunds can take several working days to appear depending on your bank. Where a refund to the original method is impractical, we may issue account credit instead, with your agreement.

If you think a decision is wrong, say so in the ticket and we will look again.
