Cancelling properly protects your data and stops further invoices.

BEFORE YOU CANCEL

Download a full backup from cPanel and verify the archive opens. Download your email separately with an IMAP client. Mail is what people most often lose. Note down DNS records, cron jobs and API keys. If you are moving elsewhere, complete the migration and let DNS propagate before cancelling. If you hold domains with us and want to keep them, arrange the transfer first. Domains are separate products and are not cancelled automatically with hosting.

HOW TO CANCEL

Services > My Services > click the service > Request Cancellation. Choose:

Immediate: the service stops now, with no refund for the unused period

End of billing period: the service continues to the paid-up date and does not renew

End of billing period is almost always the right choice.

AFTER CANCELLATION

The service is suspended and then terminated, and the data is removed permanently. Do not plan on asking for it back.

TELL US WHY

The cancellation form asks for a reason and we do read them. If something did not work, say so. Some problems we can fix.
