Plans can be changed at any time, and the system calculates the price difference for you.

MAKING THE CHANGE

Client Area > Services > My Services > click the package > Upgrade/Downgrade. Choose the new plan and review the figure shown before confirming.

HOW PRORATION IS CALCULATED

You have already paid for the current period at the old rate. The system credits the unused portion of that payment and charges the new rate for the remaining days. The difference is what you pay now. Your renewal date does not change.

UPGRADES

Most take effect immediately on the same account, with no downtime and no migration. Some, such as a move to a VPS, involve a migration, and we will coordinate the timing with you.

DOWNGRADES

Check your current usage in cPanel first. If your disk usage, inode count or number of domains exceeds the lower plan's limits, the downgrade will cause problems. Clean up first.

Downgrades typically apply at the next renewal rather than immediately, and unused value from the current period is generally not refunded.

IF YOU ARE UNSURE

Open a ticket. We will look at your usage and advise honestly, including when an upgrade is not needed.
