Each service has a billing cycle, which determines how often it renews and is invoiced.

TYPICAL CYCLES

Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, and longer terms for some products. Domains are generally registered in whole years.

WHICH CYCLE TO CHOOSE

Longer cycles usually cost less per month and mean fewer opportunities to forget a payment. Monthly gives flexibility and a smaller single outlay.

For anything your business depends on, annual is usually the better choice: fewer renewal events means fewer chances of an accidental lapse.

CHANGING THE CYCLE

Open a ticket, or use the upgrade option in the Client Area where available. The change normally takes effect at the next renewal, and any difference is prorated.

SEEING YOUR CURRENT CYCLE

Services > My Services shows the recurring amount and next due date for each service. Domains > My Domains shows domain expiry dates separately.

WHY DATES DIFFER

Services bought at different times renew at different times, so you may receive several invoices through the year. If you would prefer them aligned onto a single date, open a ticket and we will tell you what is possible, usually through a short prorated adjustment.
