Charges and timings are set out in our terms; this explains how they work in practice.

LATE FEES

Where our terms provide for a late fee, it is applied to invoices that pass their due date. It appears as a separate line on the invoice. Paying before the due date avoids it entirely.

REACTIVATION AFTER SUSPENSION

Pay the outstanding invoice in full, including any late fee. Reactivation is usually automatic and quick. If the service is still suspended more than a short while after payment confirms, open a ticket with the payment reference.

Bank transfer payments need manual verification, so send us the confirmation through a ticket to speed this along.

WHAT IS NOT AFFECTED BY SUSPENSION

Your files, databases and email content remain on the server. Nothing is deleted at suspension.

WHAT IS AFFECTED

The website is offline. Incoming email is not delivered while suspended, and depending on the sending server may bounce rather than queue. This is the part that causes real business damage, and it is why paying before suspension matters more than it might appear.

If a payment is genuinely delayed for reasons outside your control, tell us. We would rather know than suspend.
