Call back on a number you already have. Agree a family question only the real person would know. Never send money on a phone call, whatever the urgency.

ON ISOLATION

A conversational assistant can feel like company.

It is not, and relying on it instead of people is a risk worth naming.

Encourage it as a tool, alongside human contact rather than replacing it.
