Managing your own life.
WHERE IT HELPS
Turning vague intentions into specific next actions Breaking large tasks into steps Structuring a list you cannot face Planning a project
THE MOST USEFUL PROMPT
"Here is what I need to do. Break it into specific next actions."
Vague intentions do not get done. Specific actions do.
FOR OVERWHELM
"Here is everything on my list. What should I do first, and what can I remove entirely?"
That last part is frequently the most valuable.
FOR PLANNING SOMETHING LARGE
"I need to [goal] by [date]. What is the sequence, what depends on what, and what am I forgetting?"
The forgetting question is where it earns its place.
WHAT IT CANNOT KNOW
What actually matters to you Your obligations and constraints What you are avoiding and why
WHAT NOT TO DO
Spend longer organising than doing Use elaborate prompting as procrastination
THE HONEST LIMIT
It does not fix having too much to do.
That is a different problem and no tool solves it.
