If you decide to leave, cancelling properly protects your data and prevents unwanted invoices.

BEFORE YOU CANCEL

Download a full account backup from cPanel, and verify the archive actually opens. Download your email separately with an IMAP client if it matters. Mail is the thing people most often realise too late that they have lost. Note down DNS records, cron jobs and any API keys. If you are moving elsewhere, complete the migration and let DNS propagate fully first. Never cancel before the new host is live. If you registered domains with us and want to keep them, transfer them out first. Domains are a separate product and are not automatically cancelled with hosting, but plan the transfer rather than leaving it to chance.

HOW TO CANCEL

Client Area > Services > My Services > click the package > Request Cancellation. Choose immediate or end-of-billing-period, and tell us the reason. We read these.

AFTER CANCELLATION

The account is suspended and then terminated, after which the data is removed and cannot be recovered. Do not rely on being able to ask for it back later.

If you are leaving because something did not work, tell us in the cancellation. Some things we can fix.
