We will move your existing website to us at no charge. For anything business-critical, this is the route to take.
WHAT WE NEED
Your existing host's cPanel username and password, or a full backup, or FTP details plus database credentials The domain or domains involved Whether email mailboxes need to come across, and which ones Any preferred timing
HOW TO REQUEST IT
Open a ticket in the Client Area titled Migration Request with the details above. Never send credentials by ordinary email or WhatsApp.
THE PROCESS
- We copy files, databases and email to your new account.
- We test that the site loads correctly on our server before anything public changes.
- We tell you when to switch nameservers, or switch them for you if the domain is with us.
- You verify the site and email, then cancel the old hosting after a week.
LIMITS
Very large accounts, or sites on custom or proprietary control panels, may need extra work or may not be fully automatable. We will tell you honestly what is possible before starting.
Do not cancel your old hosting until the migration is verified and DNS has propagated.
