Before opening a ticket about an outage, check whether we already know.

CLIENT AREA ANNOUNCEMENTS

Log in at zillionkinghost.com/billing and look at Announcements. Planned maintenance, ongoing incidents and resolved issues are posted there.

NETWORK ISSUES

The Network Issues section lists open, scheduled and resolved incidents with affected servers and expected resolution times. If your server is listed, we are already working on it and a ticket will not speed it up, though you are welcome to open one if you need specifics.

YOUR SERVER NAME

Your welcome email and cPanel both show which server your account is on. Knowing it lets you tell immediately whether a posted incident affects you.

STILL OPEN A TICKET IF

Your problem does not match anything posted Your site is affected in a way the notice does not describe You need an estimate specific to your situation The issue persists after an incident is marked resolved

WHAT NOT TO DO

Opening several tickets about the same incident slows the queue for everyone, including you. One ticket, updated as needed, is faster.
