Most hosting accounts are provisioned automatically within a few minutes of payment clearing.
THE NORMAL SEQUENCE
- You place the order and pay.
- Payment confirms. Card and Paystack payments usually confirm instantly; bank transfers take longer and require manual verification.
- The account is created automatically and the welcome email is sent.
- You point the domain, and DNS propagates over the following hours.
WHEN IT TAKES LONGER
Bank transfer payments wait until we have confirmed receipt. Send the payment reference through a ticket to speed this up. First orders are sometimes held for fraud review, particularly where the billing details and payment method do not match. Responding promptly to the verification request resolves it. Domain registrations, especially .ng and restricted extensions, can take longer than hosting and may need supporting documentation.
IF THE WELCOME EMAIL HAS NOT ARRIVED
Check the spam folder. Then log in to the Client Area and look at Services > My Services; if the service shows Active, the account exists and you can reach cPanel from there regardless of the email.
If the service still shows Pending more than a couple of hours after payment cleared, open a ticket with the invoice number.
