Your welcome email is the single most important message we send you. Save it somewhere you can find it again.

WHAT IT CONTAINS

Your cPanel username and password The cPanel login URL Your nameservers, which matter and are not the same for every account The server name your account sits on A temporary URL for previewing the site before your domain points here FTP connection details Your package name

WHY THE NAMESERVERS MATTER

We operate more than one nameserver pair. Yours will be either ns3 and ns4.zillionkinghost.com or ns10 and ns11.zillionkinghost.com, depending on which server your account was provisioned on. Copying nameservers from an old email, from a friend, or from a forum post will leave your domain unresolved. Use the pair in your welcome email, or check Services > My Services in the Client Area.

IF YOU CANNOT FIND IT

Log in to the Client Area, open Services > My Services, and click your package. Most of the same information is shown there. If you need the email resent, open a ticket.

Change the password it contains once you have logged in successfully.
