Usually authentication. Check SPF and DKIM. Explain that it is configuration, not their content.
CAN I HAVE MORE SPACE?
What is using it? Frequently old backups or mailbox clutter rather than genuine need. Check before upgrading them.
WHY IS MY SITE DOWN?
Establish first: domain, server, or their site. Do not answer before you know.
CAN YOU RESTORE MY SITE FROM LAST MONTH?
Depends on your stated retention. This is why stating it matters.
IS MY SITE BACKED UP?
Answer honestly and specifically, according to what you actually do.
CAN YOU FIX MY PLUGIN?
Depends on your agreement. If outside it, quote rather than absorbing it.
WHY DID MY PRICE GO UP?
Costs rose. State it plainly without over-explaining.
CAN I HAVE UNLIMITED EVERYTHING?
No. Explain what they actually need, which is usually far less than they fear.

Most questions are answerable quickly if you know the client's setup. Documentation is what enables that.
