If you believe a site hosted on our network is being used for phishing, malware, spam or other abuse, tell us and we will investigate.
HOW TO REPORT
Open a ticket, or email our abuse contact listed on our website.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
The exact URL or domain involved The IP address if you have it What the problem is, specifically
Evidence: full email headers for spam reports, a screenshot for phishing pages, log extracts for attack reports
The date and time, with the time zone
Reports with evidence get acted on quickly. Reports that simply say a site is bad, with no detail, take much longer because we have to reconstruct everything.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We verify the report, contact the account holder where appropriate, and take action proportionate to the severity. Phishing, malware and child protection reports are acted on immediately.
WHAT WE CANNOT DO
We cannot tell you the outcome of an investigation into another customer, or share their personal details. We cannot adjudicate business disputes, defamation claims or contractual disagreements between parties; those need the appropriate legal or regulatory route.
We act on abuse of our network. We do not act as arbiter of disagreements.
