Enter the domain, a username, a strong password, and select the package.
Set the contact email to the client's address, so quota warnings reach them.

SENDING CREDENTIALS
Securely. Not in a plain email where possible.
Tell them to change the password.
THE CONTACT EMAIL POINT
If it is set to your address, every quota warning comes to you. That may be what you want.
If it is set to theirs, they receive warnings you may not see.
Consider setting yours and forwarding what matters. Decide deliberately.
NAMING CONVENTIONS
A consistent username scheme helps when you have many accounts.
