Pause Cloudflare. If the problem disappears, it is configuration; if it persists, it is at our end.
That single test saves a great deal of time and is the first thing we will ask.
WHAT TO TELL US
That Cloudflare is in use. Many tickets are slowed because nobody mentioned it.
The error number, if Cloudflare produced one.
The SSL mode and whether records are proxied.
THE PRACTICAL REALITY
Most Cloudflare problems are two settings: the SSL mode and the proxy state on mail records.
