Two-factor authentication (2FA) means a stolen password alone is not enough to get in. It is the single most effective control available to you.

ON CPANEL

  1. In cPanel open Two-Factor Authentication under Security.
  2. Install an authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.
  3. Scan the QR code with the app.
  4. Enter the six-digit code and click Configure Two-Factor Authentication.
  5. Write down the security key printed under the QR code and store it safely. It lets you re-add the account if you lose your phone.

ON YOUR CLIENT AREA

  1. Log in at https://zillionkinghost.com/billing/
  2. Go to Account > Security Settings.
  3. Enable Two-Factor Authentication and follow the same authenticator app process.
  4. Save the backup code it gives you.

Protecting cPanel but not billing leaves the easier door open. Someone with your billing login can request changes, view invoices and reach cPanel.

IF YOU LOSE ACCESS

Open a ticket. We will verify your identity against the registered account holder before removing the requirement. Expect verification questions, as this is deliberately not instant.
