The number of databases Total disk space, which databases count toward Concurrent connections
CHECKING
The cPanel statistics panel shows databases used against the limit.
WHEN YOU HIT THE DATABASE LIMIT
New installations fail. Softaculous reports an error that does not clearly say the limit was reached.
Remove databases for applications you no longer use, properly: the database, the user, and the files.
DISK SPACE
Databases consume your account's disk allowance like any other data.
A bloated database contributes to a full account, which breaks uploads, mail and writes.
CONNECTIONS
Each running request holds a connection. Several busy sites on one account can reach the limit collectively.
Caching reduces this substantially, since cached pages do not query the database at all.
