Your IP has been blocked Print

  • firewall, email, password, cpanel, ftp, security, troubleshooting, clientarea, support
  • 0

The firewall refused your connection.

WHY IT HAPPENS

Several failed cPanel, FTP, webmail or email logins A mail client on a phone retrying an old password every few minutes A script or tool making an unusual number of requests Security software behaving like a scanner Sharing a network address with someone else who triggered a block

HOW TO CONFIRM

Try the site from mobile data with wifi off.

If it loads there but not on your usual connection, you are blocked.

GETTING UNBLOCKED

  1. Find your current address at whatismyip.com
  2. Open a ticket from the Client Area, or email support from mobile data, quoting that address
  3. We will release it

PREVENTING RECURRENCE

Fix the old password saved on every device. This is the single most common cause.

Until you do, the block returns within hours of being lifted.

Check every phone, tablet and computer, including ones you rarely use.

DYNAMIC ADDRESSES

Many home connections change address periodically, so a block may clear by itself.
