Your account hit a plan allowance.
WHAT IT MEANS
Not a fault. Your account reached its CPU, memory, entry process or I/O limit at that moment, and requests were refused.
WHERE TO LOOK
cPanel > Resource Usage, then Details. It shows graphs over time and names which limit was reached and when.
THE COMMON CAUSES
No page caching, so every visit runs the full application A traffic spike, legitimate or otherwise Bot or attack traffic Heavy plugins, particularly statistics and link-checking tools A backup or import running at a busy time WordPress cron misconfiguration A site that has genuinely outgrown its plan
THE ORDER OF FIXES
Enable caching. This resolves it outright for most sites. Move backups and imports to quiet hours. Remove or replace heavy plugins. Block abusive bots, ideally with Cloudflare. Confirm the cron job is configured, since HTTP wp-cron is blocked here.
IF IT PERSISTS AFTER ALL OF THAT
The site has outgrown the plan. Open a ticket with your usage graphs and we will advise honestly.
