Starting from nothing, working out what happened.
FIRST, ESTABLISH WHAT IS ACTUALLY WRONG
Does the domain resolve? A DNS lookup tells you. If it does not, the domain has expired or the nameservers changed, and your data is untouched. Does cPanel load? If yes, the account exists and the problem is the site rather than the hosting. Is there a suspension notice? Check the site and your email. Do the files still exist? Look in File Manager.
WHAT EACH ANSWER MEANS
Domain not resolving: a domain problem, not a data problem. Open a ticket immediately, since expiry is time-sensitive.
cPanel loads, files present, site broken: an application problem. Check the error log. cPanel loads, files missing: deletion. Restore from backup.
Suspension notice: read it, and act on the stated reason.
Nothing loads at all: check Network Issues, and test from mobile data to rule out a firewall block.
BEFORE CHANGING ANYTHING
If files still exist, take a backup of the current state now, whatever state that is.
THEN
Open a ticket with what you found. Those four checks turn a vague report into something we can act on immediately.
