Your record of what is backed up and where, if anything changed Retention settings, if the site has grown
WHAT TO ACT ON
- Backups missing or stale: investigate immediately
- Sizes changing unexpectedly: something was included or excluded
- Storage approaching its limit: adjust retention

Your monthly maintenance: updates, security scan, resource check.
