Failures during setup.
DATABASE CONNECTION FAILS
The most common cause. Check the database name and username include your cPanel prefix, that the user is assigned to the database with all privileges, and that the host is localhost.
Recreate the user and reassign it if unsure. It takes a minute and resolves most cases.
PERMISSION ERRORS
The installer cannot write a configuration file. Set the target directory to 755 and confirm ownership is correct.
Some installers ask you to create the configuration file manually if they cannot write it.
BLANK PAGE DURING INSTALLATION
A PHP error with display disabled. Check cPanel > Metrics > Errors.
Usually a missing extension or an incompatible PHP version.
MISSING EXTENSION WARNINGS
The installer lists what it needs. Enable them under cPanel > Select PHP Version > Extensions.
If something is not available, open a ticket and ask whether it can be added.
TIMEOUT DURING INSTALLATION
Raise max_execution_time in cPanel > MultiPHP INI Editor.
INSTALLER PAGE NOT FOUND
Files extracted into the wrong directory, or into a subfolder inside it. Check where they actually landed.
